About the Role

You are joining the team to build relationships with businesses of £2m to £10m across Europe, the UK, America and the Middle East, and influence them to purchase our Development Services like Web Applications, mobile applications, and desktop application development and staff augmentation services.

This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their sales career, focusing on high-value deals while working towards more significant opportunities in the future.

Success in your first year looks like this:

  • You will have brought in over £375k in annual sales.

  • You hit to close four completed deals per month by Month 4

  • You will have built an excellent knowledge of our solutions and how they help solve our customers’ challenges.

  • You will be living the ethos of our team, which is about putting the client’s needs first.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Generate leads through direct prospecting, lead management, networking, email, online, other connections and partnerships

  • Build relationships with your prospects through calls, face-to-face meetings, and video meetings

  • Demonstrate our solutions, concisely, and relevant to all new prospects

  • Update and maintain your interactions on our CRM System

  • Work closely with the team to identify areas for continued knowledge improvement

  • Research and explore new business opportunities

Activity Targets

As every sales professional knows, there is always an element of luck involved in each sale, and the best way to counteract this is through increased activity.

  • Generate 10+ weekly sales appointments (mix of first and closing meetings).

  • Send two proposals per week to potential clients.

  • Close at least one deal per week

  • Hit a minimum monthly GP target of £10,000, with clear progression to £20,000 at 6 months and £30,000 after 12 months.

Reward

You will be predominantly self-generating your leads.

  • Uncapped commission with a sliding scale bonus:

  • 3% bonus on GP over £10,000.

  • 5% bonus on GP over £20,000.

  • Annual bonus for achieving yearly targets.

  • High On-Target Earnings (OTE) with clear progression opportunities.

Essential Criteria

  • Generate 10+ weekly sales appointments (mix of first and closing meetings).

  • Send 2-4 proposals per week to potential clients.

  • Close at least one deal per week

Advantageous Criteria

  • A background in IT Services and Consulting sales

  • Existing contacts you can approach to hit the ground running
